Reviews You Can Actually Rely On
Ratings only help if they are genuine. These are the standards every review on ProWorxx is held to — and the rules we hold ourselves to when displaying them.
Where reviews come from
Reviews are written by customers about a specific professional, ideally tied to a real service request made through ProWorxx. Reviews connected to a documented job carry a Verified Customer indicator. Reviews without that indicator are still from real people, but we could not link them to a job in our system.
Each review shows the reviewer's name, rating, date, the service performed when known, and the professional's public response if they choose to reply.
How moderation works
Every review has a status
Flagging and appeal
Ratings reflect published reviews
Responses are public
What we never allow
- Fake, purchased or incentivized reviews — from anyone, including our own network vendors.
- Reviews written by a business about itself or its competitors.
- Editing a customer's words, ratings or dates.
- Suppressing negative reviews that meet these standards.
- Hate speech, threats, doxxing or content unrelated to the service experience.
During development and demonstrations, any sample reviews are clearly labeled as demonstration content and are never presented as genuine customer feedback.
