1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how PROWORXX MAINTENANCE SERVICES LLC, doing business as ProWorxx (“ProWorxx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use ProWorxx.com and any related websites, applications, communication tools, artificial-intelligence features, forms, widgets, and services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Platform”).
ProWorxx helps property owners, residents, consumers, real estate professionals, and businesses find and connect with home-service, property-management, leasing, and real estate professionals. The professionals and companies displayed or contacted through the Platform may be independent businesses. Their handling of personal information is governed by their own privacy practices.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect:
- Through the Platform;
- When you create or manage an account or professional profile;
- When you search for or request services;
- When you communicate with ProWorxx, a ProWorxx Care Coordinator, an AI-assisted feature, or a professional through the Platform;
- Through email, text message, telephone, chat, voice, photo, or other communications connected with the Platform;
- Through reviews, surveys, promotions, events, and customer-support interactions; and
- From professionals, affiliates, business partners, public sources, and other third parties.
This Privacy Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of service professionals, property-management companies, real estate professionals, external websites, social-media platforms, or other third parties.
3. Personal Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use the Platform.
A. Information You Provide
We may collect:
- Contact and account information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, username, password, and communication preferences;
- Property and project information, such as a property address, property type, ownership or occupancy status, service requested, project description, desired timing, budget, photos, videos, voice recordings, documents, and other details you choose to provide;
- Location information, such as a city, ZIP code, service area, property location, or precise location when you authorize access through your device;
- Transaction information, such as services requested, professionals contacted, appointments, quotes, referrals, purchases, and payment-related information. Payment-card information may be collected directly by a payment processor rather than stored by ProWorxx;
- Communications, including messages, emails, chats, call details, support requests, responses to surveys, and communications with professionals or Care Coordinators through the Platform;
- Reviews and other content, such as ratings, reviews, photos, comments, and other material you submit for display or use on the Platform;
- Professional and business information, such as business name, contact information, biography, service categories, service areas, pricing, availability, licenses, insurance, certifications, credentials, work history, portfolio materials, photos, reviews, and tax or payment information;
- Real estate and referral information, such as your brokerage, license information, client or referral details, property-management needs, leasing inquiries, and participation in professional or referral programs; and
- Other information you voluntarily provide.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, complete financial-account credentials, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through general search, project-description, chat, photo, voice, or AI-guidance features unless we specifically request it through a secure process.
B. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Platform, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- IP address;
- Browser, device, and operating-system information;
- Device identifiers and advertising identifiers;
- Pages viewed, searches performed, links clicked, and features used;
- Referring and exit pages;
- Approximate location derived from an IP address;
- Dates, times, and duration of visits;
- Interaction, performance, diagnostic, and error data; and
- Cookie, pixel, tag, local-storage, and similar technology data.
If enabled on the Platform, analytics or session-replay tools may record how users navigate and interact with pages, such as clicks, scrolling, and form interactions. We configure these tools to limit the collection of sensitive form information where reasonably possible.
C. Information From Other Sources
We may receive information from:
- Service professionals, property-management companies, real estate professionals, and referral partners;
- Affiliates and related brands, including Rent Solutions and its programs, when relevant to a request or relationship;
- Identity, credential, licensing, insurance, fraud-prevention, and background-screening providers;
- Analytics, advertising, and marketing partners;
- Social-media services when you interact with us or connect an account;
- Publicly available sources, including professional websites, government licensing databases, business directories, public records, and social-media pages; and
- Other users who submit a referral, review, project request, or business-profile update.
If you provide personal information about another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide it and to permit us to use it as described in this Privacy Policy.
4. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Platform;
- Provide directory searches and relevant results;
- Understand a property, project, or service need;
- Recommend or connect you with relevant local professionals;
- Facilitate requests, introductions, appointments, quotes, referrals, and communications;
- Provide Care Coordinator and customer-support services;
- Create, maintain, verify, and display professional profiles;
- Confirm licenses, insurance, credentials, identity, eligibility, service areas, and other professional information;

- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, policy violations, and unlawful activity;
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements;
- Comply with law, legal process, and regulatory obligations;
- Protect the rights, safety, and property of ProWorxx, our users, professionals, and others; and
- Create aggregated or deidentified information that cannot reasonably identify you.
5. AI-Assisted Features
ProWorxx may use artificial intelligence and automated tools to help:
- Interpret a service request written or spoken in everyday language;
- Analyze photos, voice input, or project details you choose to submit;
- Identify potentially relevant service categories;
- Generate questions, summaries, recommendations, or suggested next steps;
- Match requests with relevant professionals;
- Assist Care Coordinators and support personnel;
- Draft or organize communications; and
- Improve Platform operations and user experiences.
Information you submit to an AI-assisted feature may be processed by our technology service providers on our behalf. AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not replace advice from a qualified professional. We may review AI interactions for safety, quality, support, and improvement purposes, subject to applicable law and our agreements with service providers.
ProWorxx does not use AI-assisted guidance to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about a consumer without appropriate review where required by law.
You may request help from a person instead of relying solely on an AI-assisted feature by contacting us as described in Section 17.
6. When We Share Personal Information
We may disclose personal information as follows:
A. At Your Direction or to Fulfill Your Request
When you ask to contact, obtain information from, request a quote from, schedule with, or otherwise connect with a professional, we may share the information reasonably necessary to fulfill your request with that professional or company.
You control which professional receives your contact information unless you clearly ask ProWorxx to coordinate with or obtain responses from multiple professionals. Browsing or searching the directory does not by itself authorize us to send your contact information to professionals.
Once information is shared with an independent professional, that professional may use it to respond to your request, provide services, maintain records, and communicate with you under its own privacy policy and legal obligations.
B. Property Management, Leasing, and Real Estate Requests
If your request involves property management, leasing, tenant placement, a rental listing, a real estate referral, or related services, we may share relevant information with Rent Solutions, a selected property-management company, a real estate professional, or another disclosed partner when necessary to respond to your request. We will identify or describe the recipient or type of recipient at or before the point at which you direct us to make the connection.
C. Service Providers
We may share information with companies that perform services for us, such as:
- Website and data hosting;
- Cloud infrastructure;
- AI and language-processing services;
- Customer relationship management;
- Email, telephone, chat, and text-message delivery;
- Customer support;
- Payment processing;
- Analytics and performance monitoring;
- Marketing and advertising;
- Identity, license, insurance, and credential verification;
- Security and fraud prevention; and
- Legal, accounting, auditing, and consulting services.
These providers are authorized to process information only as needed to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law and contract.
D. Affiliates and Business Partners
We may share information with our affiliates, related brands, and business partners for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Where a partner uses information for its own purposes, its privacy policy will also apply.
E. Legal, Safety, and Compliance Purposes
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to:
- Comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or legal process;
- Respond to lawful requests from government or law-enforcement authorities;
- Protect the rights, property, safety, and security of ProWorxx, users, professionals, or the public;
- Detect, prevent, or investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or unlawful conduct; or
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
F. Business Transactions
We may disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, including related due diligence.
G. Aggregated and Deidentified Information
We may use and disclose aggregated or deidentified information for research, analytics, marketing, and other lawful purposes. We will not attempt to reidentify deidentified information except as permitted by law.
7. Professional Profiles and Public Content
Professional profiles are intended to help users evaluate service providers and may be visible to the public and search engines. Profile information may include a professional’s or company’s name, business contact information, service areas, services, credentials, licenses, insurance information, experience, availability, photos, portfolio materials, ratings, and reviews.
Reviews, comments, photos, and other content you submit for publication may also be publicly visible and associated with your display name or profile. Do not post information you want to keep private.
Professionals may contact us to request a correction to inaccurate profile information. We may retain certain records after a profile is modified or removed when reasonably necessary for legal, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes.
8. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We and our partners may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits, and similar technologies to:
- Keep the Platform functioning;
- Remember preferences and account settings;
- Understand Platform usage and performance;
- Improve search results and user experiences;
- Measure marketing effectiveness; and
- Deliver or measure advertising.
You may control certain cookies through our cookie-preference tool, if available, or through your browser or device settings. Blocking some cookies may affect Platform functionality.
Some analytics or advertising activities may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. Where required, you may opt out through https://proworxx.com/privacy-policy, the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on the Platform, or a recognized universal opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control.
9. Communications and Your Choices
A. Email
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. We may still send transactional, security, account, and service-related communications.
B. Text Messages
If you agree to receive text messages, you may opt out by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent us or a professional you selected from sending non-marketing communications necessary to fulfill a request, where permitted by law.
C. Telephone Calls and Recording
Calls with ProWorxx, a Care Coordinator, or a professional may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, safety, documentation, and support where permitted by law. We will provide any notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law.
D. Professional Contact
If you no longer wish to receive communications from an independent professional, contact that professional directly. You may also tell ProWorxx about unwanted communications so we can review the matter under our policies.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the Platform and requested services;
- Maintain accounts and professional profiles;
- Complete transactions and referrals;
- Support users and professionals;
- Maintain business, tax, and legal records;
- Resolve disputes and enforce agreements;
- Prevent fraud and protect safety and security; and
- Comply with applicable law.
Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the nature of the relationship, and legal requirements. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, deidentify, or securely isolate it.
11. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for notifying us promptly if you believe an account or interaction has been compromised.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Users must be at least 18 years old to create a professional account, submit a binding service request, or enter into a transaction unless a parent or legal guardian is involved.
13. Third-Party Services and Independent Professionals
The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party websites, applications, payment processors, social networks, mapping services, property-management companies, real estate companies, and independent professionals. ProWorxx does not control their privacy practices. Review their privacy policies before providing information directly to them.
The inclusion of a professional or link on the Platform does not make ProWorxx responsible for that third party’s privacy, security, services, or conduct.
14. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information;
